When it comes to the Investor Visa, there are a few ways in which you can obtain it. Such ways include investing a certain amount of funds in the UAE, through the establishment of a company or the purchase of real estate. Based on the size of your investment, your visa may differ in validity and privileges.

• Setting up a company in the UAE – gives you a visa for a period of 3 years.
• Owning a property with a value above 1 million AED - gives you a visa for a period of 2 years.
• Investing 5 million AED or more in properties within the UAE - gives you a visa for a period  of 5 years.
• Making a public investment of 10 million AED or higher - gives you a visa for a period of 10 years.
